Don’t let moisture ruin your brick surfaces, protect and restore your home with Rainguard Water Sealers Brick Sealer! Our non-toxic and water-based formula lasts up to 5 years* and is safe for people, pets, and plants. Brick Sealer penetrates the surface and forms an invisible protective barrier that resists weather, oil, water, and stains on unpainted and previously unsealed brick surfaces. Safe for indoor or outdoor use, it has little to no odor and zero VOC’s. Unlike conventional water repellents, Brick Sealer is available in concentrate form so you never have to spend extra money on water and excessive packaging.

Perfect for interior or exterior use on brick floors, chimneys, walkways, fences, walls, garden fences, and any other porous brick surfaces.

Always apply in good weather between 40°F - 80°F.

The sealer should be sprayed on in a flood coat with a hand-pump garden sprayer. At least 2 flood coats are needed. Depending on surface porosity, additional coats may be needed.

Simply use soap and water directly after application is completed. Be sure to clean any overspray on glass and decorative metals with a clean damp cloth.

Pour your concentrate into a 1 gallon / 2 gallon / or 5 gallon container and add clean water. Give a gentle stir, and that's it!

No. You will want to use Paint Sealer on your painted brick.

Freeze-thaw damage refers to the deterioration of materials, such as concrete, masonry, or brick, due to repeated cycles of freezing and thawing. When water penetrates into porous materials and freezes, it expands, causing internal pressure and damage. Subsequent thawing can lead to the formation of cracks, spalling, and weakening of the material.

For the quart concentrate that makes TWO gallons – Dilute 1 part concentrate to 7 parts clean water. Store the remainder in a temperature-controlled environment (meaning do not let freeze or overheat).

For the quart concentrate that makes FIVE gallons – Dilute 1 part concentrate to 19 parts clean water. Store the remainder in a temperature-controlled environment (meaning do not let freeze or overheat).

Yes. You can paint over Brick Sealer but keep in mind it will not protect the paint from moisture damage. You may want to usePaint Sealerafter the surface is painted and fully dry to protect the paint from moisture damage.
