Seal and extend the life of your concrete garage floor with Rainguard Water Sealers Garage Floor Urethane. Our non-toxic and water-based urethane coating adheres to the surface to create a barrier that resists weather, water, oil, anti-freeze, gas, and stains on unpainted and previously unsealed concrete surfaces. Garage Floor Urethane is safer than traditional epoxy coatings, with lower odor and lower VOC’s. It is safe to use for indoor or outdoor applications and comes with Rainguard Water Sealers Anti-Slip Additive mixed in to provide an added measure of safety. Garage Floor Urethane also comes with our Quick Cure Additive separately, to cut dry time in half.

Where To Use
Perfect for interior or exterior use on brick floors, chimneys, walkways, fences, walls, garden fences, and any other porous brick surfaces.
How To Apply
Always apply in good weather between 50°F - 90°F.
The sealer should be rolled on with a 1/4 inch nap roller. At least 2 coats are needed.

Clean Up
Simply use soap and water directly after application is completed. Be sure to clean any overspray on glass and decorative metals with a clean damp cloth.
How does a concentrate work?
Pour your concentrate into a 1 gallon / 2 gallon / or 5 gallon container and add clean water. Give a gentle stir, and that's it!
Yes, however, you will need to wait for the paint to fully cure before applying Garage Floor Urethane Coating. Refer to the paint manufacturer's instructions for the cure times of your paint.
